Wow that's definitely one configuration I've never seen before! With the depth that each team has, it's really difficult to tell who the better team will be. I'd be willing to bet that any of these teams could win any week, which means this boils down to a line-up optimization contest.
That being said, I like the idea that kickers are eliminated. With roster sizes of this magnitude they would amount to nothing but background noise anyway. Removing tight ends is interesting, but since they're integrated into FLEX I think it makes sense.
Looking at the starting line-ups, I'd probably give the early advantage to team #3. Their starting QB/RB/WR group is stellar. If this team can stay healthy I like them this year.
Long term, I like team #4. Losing Foster early will definitely cause them problems this year, but they have a nice mix of rookies and up-and-comers who will be making a statement in the coming years.
